1. Account Registration

To use certain features of CloudMusic you must create an account using either:

• Email and password, or
• Google Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

• You may only use CloudMusic for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app or its content without authorization.
• You must not use the app for any illegal or harmful activity.

3. Content & Media

CloudMusic allows you to stream and download music and play local video files. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access and use any media you play through the app.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to CloudMusic and CloudKing Systems remain the exclusive property of CloudKing Systems.

5. Account Termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time using the form below or use the in-app account deletion feature. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

CloudMusic is provided “as is”. CloudKing Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
